Our pizzas are home-made by Bruno, who comes back to us in Val d’Illiez.
Our offer consists of two types of pizza:
1/ Traditional or classic pizzas.
2/ Bruno’s “gourmet pizzas”.

Bruno Pizza
They are made with pizza dough that has been left to rise for a long time – from 48 hours to more than 72 hours – to ensure
tasting. The final execution is done by the pizzaiolo, Bruno.
